okay, so now i'm going to sound absolutely crazy trying to explain this. but i need to know if someone can help me. i doubt you will, but i'm going to try.
so, there's this movie i used to watch ALLL the time when i was younger but right now i can't for the life of me remember what it's called and i really want to watch it.
as much as i can remember there's a girl that fixes things for people. she keeps all the pieces of these things in paper brown bags with the people's name on it. she meets a kid named philup (sp?) and she calls him fill-it-up. (not 100% sure if that's exactly what she calls him, but it's something along the lines of that.)
i'm pretty sure someone dies in the movie. like, the girls brother? i'm not sure.
i'm sorry if this doesn't make sense. i just need to know if someone knows this movie.
